In Memoriam Eugene Rozanov

We are very sad to hear of the passing of Dr. Eugene Rozanov.

Eugene was a long-standing and active member of the SPARC scientific community.  His work was particularly important to SPARC activities on chemistry-climate modelling, solar influences on the atmosphere and climate, and energetic particle precipitation. He contributed to the SPARC CCMVal/CCMI activities with the SOCOL chemistry-climate model and was actively involved in SOLARIS-HEPPA.

We will remember Eugene as an accomplished scientist, a dedicated contributor to the SPARC community, and, above all, a valued colleague and friend. His contributions, kindness, and collegiality will be greatly missed. Our thoughts are with his family and friends during this difficult time.
