The SOLAS Science Plan for 2015-2025 follows a continually-evolving 2-year strategy that provides a moving target and a solid basis to continue the operation of the project. Since 2004, the Surface Ocean – Lower Atmosphere Study (SOLAS) project is an international research initiative aiming to understand the key biogeochemical-physical interactions and feedbacks between the ocean and atmosphere under the sponsorship of SCOR, Future Earth, WCRP, and iCACGP.
